With more than 15 years of experience in residential construction, project management, and design, Zachary Stamper brings a deep commitment to excellence, integrity, and community impact to every project he leads. Zachary began his career in 2011, quickly advancing into leadership roles where he managed multi-million-dollar custom home builds, oversaw subcontractors and teams, and delivered high-quality projects from blueprint to final walkthrough.

As the founder of Zachary Heath Homes, he specializes in full-scale project management, custom kitchen and bath design, blueprint reading and modification, and creating elevated, custom-look homes at builder-grade price points. His approach combines strong technical expertise with clear communication, organized processes, and a genuine dedication to client experience.

Beyond construction, Zachary is deeply invested in using his skills to create lasting change in Tennessee. He partners with nonprofits—including Persevere and FYNN Corporation—to develop housing solutions for at-risk youth, survivors of domestic and sexual abuse, and individuals rebuilding their lives. His work is grounded in the belief that safe, stable housing is the foundation for opportunity, dignity, and healing.
